Shipping policy
During Sales Promotion periods, deliveries may take 3–5 working days longer than usual.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs We ship via cooperative logistics partners. Shipping rates vary based on shipment type and destination, and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Order processing (dispatch): within 10 working days after payment confirmation
- International shipping transit: approximately 5–15 working days depending on destination
- Estimated total delivery time: 15–25 working days from order date
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the shipping date. We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance.
3. Important Delivery Information
- All orders require a signature upon receipt
- We are unable to redirect orders once shipped — please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address
4. Free Shipping From time to time we run free shipping promotions, which will be notified by email and applied automatically at checkout. If you return an item purchased during a free shipping promotion, the outbound shipping cost will not be refunded and a return shipping fee will apply.
